All Adult Only classes are TBD.

Many of the classes may require an additional fee for studio tights. This is so all students will look alike on stage. Please plan for an additional $10.00 - $16.00. Classes will be notified by their instructor.

50% Deposit due by Thursday, November 13, 2008. The balance is due by Thursday, December 11, 2008. No refunds on costume fees after December 11, 2008. Any costume not paid for in full by December 11 will have a 25% service charge added to the total costume fee.

I know with the fall just beginning it’s hard to imagine our performance in the spring of 2009, but we do need to get started. Our performance dates are set for Saturday and Sunday, May 16 & 17, 2009. Performances will be at Thompson Valley High School (Roberta Price Civic Auditorium). We received lots of positive feedback regarding our Matinee Recital for the younger students and the Evening Performances for the older students. Because of that, our plan will be very similar to last year. We will have a Sunday Matinee for the Creative Movement, Level 1, 1A, Level 2, Boy’s Tap, Bouncin’ to the Beat, Junior Hip Hop classes, Minis Performance Team and Junior Competition Team. For additional entertainment we will have a few numbers at the Matinee performed by the Adults and the Competition Teams. All other classes (Teens, Competition Teams, and Adults) will participate in two performances, Saturday and Sunday evening. We are planning to have the Sunday evening show earlier to make sure all dancers can stay till the end of the performance. We are also considering a second matinee performance. These questions will be decided later in the dance season.

In order to have costumes arrive in time for photographs (scheduled for Friday & Saturday, May 1 & 2 at the studio) it is critical we order costumes over the Holiday break. What this means to you is that we must have each dancer properly placed in their appropriate classes before the holidays. Otherwise, we run the risk that costumes will not be available for the dancer. Please speak to their instructor if you have any questions regarding class placement. Broadway Bound requires a 50% costume deposit by Thursday, November 13, 2008. The remainder is due before the holiday break and no later than Thursday, December 11, 2008. Any costume not paid in full by that time will have an additional 25% service charge added to the total price of the costume. It takes a great deal of extra time and money to get costumes after the original orders are placed. Costumes will not be ordered for those students who have not paid for them by the dates listed above.

Students are responsible for minor alterations for costumes. Some examples would be hemming of pants, sewing on hooks/eyes, fastening straps, etc. If there are significant costume issues such as the discontinuation of a costume, major sizing issues, etc. Broadway Bound will do the best job possible to remedy those situations.
